Organ Rental price for one day rental at your location.

Payments can be made either by cash, check, money transfer (Bank of America), PayPal, or Venmo to Carey Frank.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and your equipment, which is expected when signed contract is returned. The balance of the payment is payable, either before the date of the event, or on the date of the event before equipment set-up can begin at the scheduled equipment set-up time. You must contact myself by email or phone to clear your date and set-up/break-down times before applying any money for Deposits/Final Payments/or Payments in Full, towards you event(s). An invoice can be provided to you before booking, and revised invoices are provided to you after any money is received from you.
TRAVEL EXPENSE CHARGES
There is No Travel Expense Charge if you are located within 35 miles of Los Angeles, CA.
If the rental is to take-place beyond 35 miles - but less than 200 miles from Downtown Los Angeles, CA then a .75 cents per mile charge will be added for your event (mileage-to and mileage-from multiplied by .75 cents). A $1.00 per mile-traveled charge will be added for events in cities of over 200 miles away from Downtown Los Angeles, CA (mileage-to and mileage-from multiplied by $1.00).
One-half of the mileage charge is payable with the initial deposit, and the final half is payable along with the balance of the rental amount, either before the date of the event, or on the date of the event before equipment set-up can begin at the scheduled equipment set-up time.
